The RoughDeck HE is equipped with a six-inch, 304 stainless steel channel frame for added protection. This design feature encloses the load cell cable and load cells, ensuring durability while still providing easy access for installation and service.
It also includes a stainless steel NEMA Type 4X TuffSeal summing junction box, which can be remotely mounted up to ten feet from the scale. This keeps sensitive electronic connections away from moisture and chemicals, further enhancing the durability of the floor scale.
Additionally, all of our floor scales are built with lifting holes to assist during installation or for future servicing.
