The AX3040 Axle Scale is a versatile and portable option for monitoring vehicle weights in temporary sites. With multiple lengths available, you can choose the scale that best fits your needs. Whether you go for the 7, 12, or 14 foot length, you can trust that this scale is reliable and efficient.
With its sturdy construction in steel or aluminum, the AX3040 Axle Scale can handle heavy loads. The tandem platforms have an axle capacity of either 60,000 or 80,000 lb, with each platform supporting 30,000 or 40,000 lb respectively. This scale comes with (4) 5/8-11 NC eye bolts for easy installation.
The two load cells per platform ensure accurate weight measurements, while the treaded top plate with four lifting eyes allows for easy transportation and positioning. The scale also includes a durable JB4SS TuffSeal® signal trim junction box for reliable electrical connections.
To connect the weigh pads, a 10 ft EL146HE Interconnect cable with MS-type connectors is included. Additionally, a 50 ft EL147HE cable is provided to connect the weigh pad to the indicator. Please note that the AX3040 Axle Scale is non-legal for trade use.
The AX3040 Axle Scale is completed with ramps that measure 25.25 by 32.00 inches. Choose between steel or aluminum ramps depending on your preferences and needs.
