The AutoLift HE Hostile Environment Floor Scale is a rugged and reliable solution for demanding industrial environments. Made with 304 stainless steel construction, this scale is designed to withstand harsh conditions and meet HACCP requirements. Its low-profile design features a smooth stainless steel deck and four adjustable stainless steel SUREFOOT™ support feet for stability.
This floor scale includes a scale, pit frame, pit coping, and pneumatic control box, with a manual, drop-in-place safety bar for added security. The four stainless steel, hermetically sealed, IP69K shear beam load cells are protected on all four sides, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements. This scale also comes with 20 ft of SURVIVOR® hostile environment load cell cable and air lines, with a pneumatic regulator included.
The AutoLift HE floor scale sets itself apart with its own pneumatic lifting arm, providing hands-free access for efficient washdown demands. The included remote TuffSeal™ JB4SS stainless steel NEMA Type 4X junction box can be mounted up to ten feet away for maximum protection of sensitive electronics.

Please note that the conduit for load cell cable from the junction box to the indicator is not included. For installation and servicing, this scale is equipped with lifting holes, allowing easy access for dealers and technicians.
